Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-20
Who we are
Networo (“the Service”) is operated by Networo LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Networo is a private, manual-first tool for tracking your personal net worth over time. You enter assets, liabilities, and values; we store an immutable history and visualize your trend. Optional integrations (such as bank connections or the browser extension) are always opt-in.
Not financial advice
Networo is an informational tool, not a financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor. Any insights, projections, benchmarks, or AI-generated suggestions are for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- The data you enter is yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Plans and billing
The Service offers a free tier and optional paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Features described as “unlimited” are subject to fair use. For example, the AI Financial Coach on paid plans has a fair-use ceiling of 100 questions per day, which exists solely to prevent automated abuse and keep the Service responsive for everyone; it resets daily and is disclosed in the product.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication, hosting, email, analytics, payments, and optional bank-connection providers). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. On account deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
